Description Function: This position is responsible for answering inbound insured and provider claims questions and all provider calls. This individual must provide accurate and professional service to all callers.Job Responsibilities:* Answer calls received for all clients routed to the team and provide good customer service to meet expected company and client standards.* Provide claim details by using computer claim screens * Provide basic benefit information.* Achieve established quantity and quality standards to ensure optimum service to callers.* Communicate trends in calls to management. Qualifications Job Qualifications:* Above average written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers. *Above average organizational skills to successfully handle multiple tasks.*Detail oriented to ensure accuracy.*Good problem solving skills to resolve customer service issues.* High school graduate or equivalent. Two years customer service experience preferred. * Personal Computer skills required, with Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred and capability of navigating effectively through various systems with minimal assistance. *Basic math skills.*Good typing skills.
