The Sara Lee community consists of 52,000 employees worldwide. Position Summary: Senior management responsibilities meant to oversee 1 of 6 national geographical DSD markets for the Coffee and Tea DSD division of the Sara Lee Foodservice Division. Core responsibilities include: route service effectiveness strategy implementation, customer accountability management throughout the CC organization from route to field management level, customer retention and penetration initiatives and growth targets, route re-engineering or realignments and marketplace team development between sales and service. Additional ownership to include the management of the zone P&L to include the CC growth plan, retention goals and Customer Care cost metrics. Primary Accountabilities: Formulates, develops and implements assigned region business action plans to achieve goals that are aligned with the plan for the overall zone.
