Job Description:
Ensure that client goals, budget, and target audience are reached • Supervise development and implementation of targeted, innovative media solutions consistent with media strategies • Perform forecasting of revenue and sales based on historical data and market trends • Prepare and deliver presentations as necessary • Provide management and guidance to team members and nurture/promote a team environment Required Experience: Requirements: • 5-7 years of media planning experience, minimum of 3 years online • Agency experience required • Experience with ad-serving technologies/campaign trafficking (DART, Atlas) • Traditional media background is a plus • Expertise and knowledge of online planning/research tools; (Nielson NetRatings, Comscore Media Metrix) • Demonstrated quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency • Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure • Knowledge of interactive marketing trends, concepts and practices as well as familiarity with offline media concepts • Direct response, B2B and Technology experience are all a plus • Strong communication, project management and time management skills are essential • Strong knowledge of media planning and buying, online advertising strategy/tactics, and media negotiating is necessary. •
