Job Description: As Media Delivery Coordinator, you'll be responsible for working with Yahoo!'s sales reps and their clients to ensure successful advertising campaigns. We're looking for candidates who can provide excellent service to our clients and sales reps, understanding the sense of urgency inherent in working with a sales organization. Specifically, you'll work with the sales force to verify available advertising inventory and coordinate and quote advertising contracts. You'll review and enter contract information into a database, obtain creative materials from advertisers, and coordinate the scheduling and launching of advertising campaigns. Once a campaign has started, you'll monitor delivery status, maintain and revise the order, and compile post-campaign evaluations. We're looking for organized, detail-oriented team players with excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. A strong customer-service orientation and familiarity with the Internet and Windows applications are necessary.
