Job Description:
Oversees research and analysis, target audience development, meeting with sales reps, negotiation, insertion orders, buying and reconciling media invoices Manages budgets and helps ensure even delivery of media buys Provides strong base of media knowledge and exhausts all media possibilities when developing recommendations Ability to travel/flexible schedule required Requirements: A four-year degree in marketing, communications, or business management. 3+ years of experience in a marketing communications agency. 5+ years of strategic media planning experience. Proficiency in all media sources (print, outdoor, broadcast, web). Knowledge of media resource tools and strong data analysis skills. Competency with Adviews, Strata, IMS, Scarborough, Qualitap, Nielsen Net Ratings and MRI a plus. Proven ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously and function in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Must have the ability to adjust to different project and client needs.
