DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develops, proposes, and implements a marketing communications plan for an assigned product group or business unit; oversees the advertising, public relations, and sales collateral needs for the business unit across all modes of communication * Creates and produces advertisements, brochures, and other literature as required * Oversees the development of new creative strategies for various products and services, advertising, or marketing campaigns, and accomplishes certain aspects of those campaigns as required * Responsible for the editing and proofing of all distributed communication * Provides campaign results for review * Develops a marketing communications plan to introduce new products and services * Oversees the marketing budget for a particular product group or business unit * Writes advertising copy, newsletter articles, press releases, and other documents as required * Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferably in the mass communications or marketing studies) with at least 3 to 5 years of related experience * Ability to create effective marketing and advertising strategies is required * Strong, effective writing skills are required * Ability to demonstrate creative communication skills through marketing and advertising mediums * Must have strong working knowledge of electronic pre-press process (Required!) *
