Global Securitization (GS) System and troubleshoot issues if necessary.--Manage the migration from the existing work request tracking system to a new standardized tool.--Design and implement a new document repository structure using TeamConnect/ SharePoint software and coordinate the migration of documents to the new tool.--Collect data and publish metrics reports on work requests, problem tickets, and launch behavior for all GS applications.--Assist with coordinating department budget changes and work with the central IT budget coordinator for reporting.--Coordinate Disaster/Recovery materials and activities for the GS department.--Perform reviews of change packages assembled by developers to support control audits.--Assist with coordinating and maintaining project plans, customer requests and internal IT work requests, using various tracking tools.
