Job Description:

The Assistant Director, Customer Relationship Management is responsible for Global customer coordination. Maintain strong relationships with customers, and with product, project, and service managers. Monitor customer satisfaction. Direct the delivery of a series of related projects designed to accomplish a specific program or service by interacting and coordinating the planning process with product, project, and/or service managers who are assigned to deliver program-related products and projects. This individual will also direct the development and maintenance of project plans, evaluating and reporting on project progress and recommending process improvements when necessary. Responsibilities Understands customers’ businesses and advises customers on the technology products and services that apply to their needs. Understands the IT organization and its business—i.e. processes, products and services—and is able to explain it to our customers so they understand IT plans, offerings, and capabilities. Listens to our customers, understanding their needs, recognizing opportunities to proactively assist them, and responds as appropriate. Continuously evaluates our processes from the customers’
