Job Description:

Establish work schedules, approve timesheets and complete payroll recap for all claims associates. Review deduction reports on the 15th of each month and work with Sales Support Associates to ensure we are monitoring the top 20 clients and adhering to our deduction policy within all offices. Ensure that all internal/client timeliness and completeness requirements of claims validation and administration are met and address issues in this area and that escalated Claims Management issues are resolved by knowledge, experience, research and communication with internal and external groups. Job Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of supervisory experience are required. A Business Degree and a background in Sales Support and/or brokerage preferred. Candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to motivate and lead staff. The incumbent will be an effective negotiator and have an advanced knowledge of MS office and document management software.
