Conduct data entry and re-work; analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary. Manage and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors. Impact of work is most often at the local level. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred. 5 years management of a Life and Life Waiver team is required. 3 - 5 years experience using project management & risk management skills required. 2+ years experience dealing with performance development and performance management required. 1+ year computer skills (Word and Excel) required. Desire to train and mentor team members is preferred. Project management background is preferred. Reinsurance experience, technical proficiency in Group and/or individual disability and process management for disability claims are preferred.
