Responsible for bringing all workers' compensation claims within a prescribed territory to a reasonable and just conclusion. Generally supervise the investigation, examination, reserve, settlement or defense of workers' compensation claims. Also, address complex claim issues, develop and train workers comp. adjusting staff and handle all necessary personnel administration. Monitor, control and revise, as necessary claim procedures and practices.4 year degree or equivalent experience (at least 3-5 years of workers' compensation adjusting experience) is required. Relevant claims coursework is preferred.
