Responsible for bringing all claims within a prescribed territory to a reasonable and just conclusion. Also, address complex claim issues, develop and train your adjusting staff and handle all necessary personnel administration. Monitor, control and revise, as necessary, claim procedures and practices.4 year degree or equivalent experience (at least 3-5 years of progressive multi-line adjusting experience) is required. Relevant claims coursework is preferred.EOEWe drug test for employment.
