Job Description:
Supervises, schedules, and monitors the daily activities of the customer service center to ensure a high-level of customer service. Assigns and delegates responsibilities to staff and makes certain that employees follow the established high-level customer service standards in accordance with regulatory requirements and NOVEC’s policies, practices and procedures. Partners with the management team to align customer service department policies and systems with the company’s objectives. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Associate’s degree in business or a related field is required. Five to seven years of related experience including supervision of people is required. Direct experience administering and leading customer service programs in a call center environment is preferred.
