Job Description:
This role will oversee direct payroll functions for the company and related entities, including payroll for inpats, expats, secondees, short-term relocations, FTEs and commission-based employees. Coordinate annual renewals for domestic insurance policies (i.e., general liability, workers' compensation, etc.). Ensure appropriate administration of the company's 401k plan including ongoing employee and employer contributions. Ensure proper accounting, payroll reporting and cash flows for stock transactions for legacy Employee Stock Purchase Program and current restricted stock and stock option plans. Support Tax Department with tax returns, tax audit information and issues assessment in connection therewith. A qualified candidate will have SAP, ProBusiness and Microsoft Office a degree in finance or related fields. As part of a small staff (16 in Denver) this position may be asked to become involved in matters outside of this specific job description.
