Experience with general current principals of green design, including LEED, and familiarity with design issues in seismic environments.Successful experience managing design on a $250M plus projects.Proven communication skills necessary to present project status to a client as needed, including trust with client management. Demonstrated ability to coordinate with a large (10 + person) integrated staff consisting of URS, architect/engineer, sub consultants, and client staff. Substantial experience with architectural/engineering and related construction standards. Must have sufficient computer skills to create own reports, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, work with web-based program management systems, and manage calendars in Outlook without assistance of administrative support.Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy. Job Description : Provide planning, design management and oversight, client communications, architect/engineer contract administration, issue tracking, scope containment and leading the architect/engineer consultants in program requirements and managing design reviews.
