Advise leaders of Arboretum and GATEways programs and projects in their efforts to initiate and manage fund raising programs to support their work and are consistent with comprehensive campaign, college, and campus goals. * Coordinate appropriate donor stewardship activities. * Manage a large number of major gift projects simultaneously. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience and demonstrated success in major gift development is preferred. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of development and fundraising techniques, including prospect identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and donor stewardship.
