Computer Systems & Software * Information Management & Data Systems * Digital Media Systems & Management * Display Technology & Digital Imaging * Security Applications & Systems * Location Based Systems & Logistics * Telecommunications * Integrated Circuits & Semiconductors Responsibilities: * Scouring patent databases as well as news and IP trade publications to identify new IP portfolio business opportunities and contact principals or prospects regarding same * Using IP analytics tools to assess prospective IP portfolios * Facilitation of execution and delivery of Engagement Letters / Consignment Documentation with Clients * Attending IP conferences and seminars to become acquainted with IP business participants and VC firms who have technology based investment portfolios * Directing analysts to prepare evaluation reports of IP portfolios and to confirm with Directors and Managing Directors whether or not particular opportunities should be pursued * Use of marketing tools and databases to contact new business prospects * Facilitating and conducting pitch meetings with Fortune 500 and technology based VC firms in Silicon Valley * Assisting with practice development efforts of the Directors and Managing Directors * Cross-selling other Ocean Tomo services when the occasion presents itself.
