RESPONSIBILITIES: Teradyne, a leader in Semiconductor testing capital equipment, is seeking an individual to create business growth opportunities by evaluating new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures. Must also provide leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives. Experience in business exploration and evaluation in Technology, Semiconductors, Capital equipment or Defense. Demonstrated skill at in depth discovery and analysis of business opportunities. Ability to synthesis opportunities relative to organizational growth objectives and existing organization capabilities.
