Secure new business and increase revenue for the company. Responsibilities Include: Identify new business opportunities and utilize both existing business contacts and relationships within the marketing and advertising community to establish market dominance and meet both sales and revenue goals. Develop marketing communication, sales messaging and sales strategies to support business growth model and ensure consistent usage of throughout all company communication and business development initiatives. Experience Required: Minimum 10 years sales and marketing experience within the advertising agency or related field preferably with direct mail or print media experience. Must have sales, marketing strategy, new business development, and client service management. Strong sales experience -must be a solid pitch man with a successful track record of closing deals. A genius at closing. Must understand the workflow process of print media from concept through execution either from an agency perspective or in house ad department. Strong relationship building skills, leadership and a driver of the business. Energetic and passionate about offering business solutions for clients. Must be a self starter, open to collaboration and comfortable working in a small office environment. Client Description: Start up company specializing in print and direct mail product solutions and services Other Requirements: Must be willing to travel up to 30% nationally.
