Drive account revenue through senior level contacts. Duties and responsibilities: · Responsible for the generation of sales opportunities by hunting new clients · Responsible for reviewing and defining level of opportunity and implementing game plans to each inquiry deemed significant ($1 Million a year - potential business) · Target accounts that can be closed within 3 months · Responsible for making decision that ultimately determines what is required to win a piece of business and closing the deal and directing yes/no decisions. · Responsible for the generations of sales opportunities by hunting as well as expanding existing client relationships. · Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and profitability expectation set forth by the organization. · Responsible for increasing and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients (broad and deep) to create barriers of exit and provide opportunity for selling across the spectrum of services · Responsible for clear communication on client and prospects direction and initiatives so that leaders of all product line can better manage, review and determine specifics to the offering and prioritize opportunities to create win-win scenarios Requirements: · 6+ years of progressive business to business direct sales experience · A proven record for direct sales experience with closing skills-consistent of a top performer · Demonstrated ability to develop sales opportunities and strategies (hunter) and drive sales processes
