Minimum of five years Advertising/Marketing experience in a consumer services, retail, university or agency setting. Must have proven account or brand management, developing and executing integrated marketing plans with a heavy emphasis on direct response marketing, and extensive client contact experience on advertising, marketing, and related communication activities. * Possess an extremely strong proficiency in effective communication to multiple, different stakeholders (written and verbal), be very well organized, able to multi-task, have a service oriented demeanor. * Numerically savvy; comfortable with calculating, monitoring and reporting on marketing spend effectiveness on a weekly and as needed basis, high attention to detail. * Solid experience utilizing integrated marketing (direct, database, interactive, TV, print, PR, grass roots, events, etc.) * Experience with understanding and targeting different customer and influencer segments. * Collaborative - adept at both leading and being a contributor/part of a team. * Ability to lead and motivate direct and non-direct cross-functional team members toward the achievement of sales targets; comfort with being held accountable for results of these non-direct report team members * Minimum of a Bachelor's in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
