TLM (Time and Labor Management) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead and manage the activities of a team of implementation professionals and provide guidance and status to your clients. You will be Specialists who are responsible for ensuring that our Time and Attendance Software application is implemented on time, within budget, per specification and with a high level of client satisfaction. Using ADP's Implementation Methodology and Toolset, your primary responsibilities will include: • managing client expectations • risk management • allocation and negotiation of resources • hours and revenue forecasting • budget management • tracking and managing issues to successful resolution New Associates must undergo an instructor-led, virtual/web-based and self-driven training curriculum, which extends into the first three months of service.
