Description: Leads, directs and coaches project management group of approximately 14-18 people, consisting of project managers, coordinators and label designers. This leadership position also acts as a liaison between the customer and various departments such as production, quality, finance, and IT. This position also ensures all deadlines for customer orders are met with accuracy while maintaining and building close working relationships with both the client and internal departments. Reports to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate for this position needs to be responsible enough to work independently, at times, yet function within a team of managers. They must be able to meet strict performance goals for the quantity and quality of work of the project group and be extremely detail oriented.
