Job Description:
Project Management Initiation to Delivery. * Serve as solution delivery expert for the design and implementation of assigned application areas. Lead the analysis, requirement gathering, design, documentation, and implementation of IT solutions for business processes. * Manage activities of project contract resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the projects. * Manage budgets and contracts associated with projects. * Accountable for operational excellence of assigned project(s), with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work. * Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization. * Coordinate program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing benchmarks, Risk Mitigation and training plans. * Partner with functional leaders and users to evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions. Assist business team in defining requirements and driving simplification * Prepare and present project plans, status reports, and recommend funding and resources. * Act as a change agent for business processes. * Keep up to date with enabling technologies and work as a partner to promote their use. * Lead in the evaluation/implementation of third party software solutions. Signature: ~HJ~~CB~ Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering. * Mimimum 5 additional years of experience with current information technologies and their implementation into the business function. * Strong project management skills * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. * Ability to work effectively with all levels.
