Job Description:

Research/Drive to closure all sales orders in Oracle database while working with sales team and assistant. *Assist research for receiving, finance and asset recovery teams and other teams as needed. *Provide follow-up with all order-related activities. *Assist OTR (order-to-remittance) team leader and Commercial Operations Director with assigned projects. *Responsible for accuracy and timely processing of all sales orders. *Improving productivity via quality metrics and LEAN initiatives. *Keeping a clean and orderly workplace. *100% compliance to EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) requirements/initiatives. *Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative on a daily basis; to find and complete the next task without supervision. *You will need to contribute and adhere to a Standard Operating Procedure for processing of sales orders as means to delivering a high level of customer service. *Ability to work a 9:30am-6:30pm shift and overtime/weekends as business needs dictate. *Regular duties mandate that you are comfortable and fluent in computer skills, including point-and-click operation, Windows environment, and Microsoft Office products. *Tasks will require daily lifting in excess of 5 pounds as well as careful handling of sensitive electronic equipment. *All other duties as assigned.
