Job Description:

Manager of Tech Services and will be accountable for the day to day activities of the Operations team. This team is primarily responsible for level 2 & 3 support of networking devices as well as Windows and UNIX servers. Members of this team also assist Sr. Staff members on various projects in support of IT initiatives and business requirements. Required Skills: Responsibilities include:* Ensure trouble tickets are assigned, closed and tracked properly* Verify monitoring is in place on appropriate systems and that alerts are configured properly* Ensure backups are working properly and are tested on a regular basis.* Provide regular reports to management on trouble tickets and system availability. * Ensure proper staff coverage for day and night shifts* Track monthly expense budget* Assist with problem resolution and troubleshooting items* Assist with the mentoring and training of staff membersWHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR* A Bachelor\'s degree plus 6-7 years of experience in a high paced IT environment is required, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
