Job Description:


The Assistant Director, Customer Relationship Management is responsible for Global customer coordination. Maintain strong relationships with customers, and with product, project, and service managers. Monitor customer satisfaction. Direct the delivery of a series of related projects designed to accomplish a specific program or service by interacting and coordinating the planning process with product, project, and/or service managers who are assigned to deliver program-related products and projects. Listens to our customers, understanding their needs, recognizing opportunities to proactively assist them, and responds as appropriate. Continuously evaluates our processes from the customers’ perspective by soliciting their feedback as to satisfaction and what we can do to improve. Promotes greater utilization of existing technologies by explaining the business reasons for the technology and how it can enhance our customers’ ability to be more productive. Assesses how existing and emerging technology can make our customers become more effective and work more efficiently. Documents our customer interactions in the firm’s tracking database on a daily basis to support seamless experience across the customer lifecycle. Ensures the streamlining of information flow between customers and the IT organization, escalating discussions, as appropriate, regarding technology-related status, expectations, and concerns. Recognizes value-added customer service opportunities and proactively pursues them through the appropriate channels. Collaborates with other IT organizations to leverage existing tools and services, and accepted support processes and policies, to ensure consistent service delivery to the customer. Actively and consistently participates in Area all-hands and operational meetings.
