Job Description:

A Fortune 500 company seeks a Business Development Manager with 5+ years of relevant sales, marketing, and/or business development experience, preferably in the small or midmarket customer or partner space. The candidate will be responsible for implementing a new customer reach model focusing on locally-based marketing activities and strategic partnerships in assigned US area. The model will incorporate resources from existing internal marketing engines, as well as external resources. The candidate will have substantial cross-team dependencies and interaction with field-based personnel such as the PCM, RMM, and AGM roles, as well as HQ-based teams. Commitments will include metrics associated with identifying and engaging various types of partners in area to drive customer reach into a target percentage of small businesses. The candidate should have experience working in or directly with area sales offices is a major plus. Experience working with large partners is highly preferable. Should be willing and able to travel in assigned US area.
