The ideal candidate will have a successful background in managing internet sales and/or call center operations, ideally in an automotive retail environment. Among other responsibilities, this position will handle: b Managing a small BDC team in monitoring and responding to internet inquiries and phone traffic b Managing message response times and scheduling sales appointments b Coordinating sales activities with showroom sales personnel b Developing and refining efficient business processes to maximize internet and phone selling opportunities b Work with Sales and Advertising Directors in managing email offerings and campaigns b Evaluating and reporting on sales effectiveness for internet and phone leads b Upgrading CRM solutions and capabilities b Evaluating and selecting internet lead sources, including auction sites b Scripting phone and email messaging times b Training BDC personnel in effective handling of internet and phone leads #1 Cochran works hard at attracting, retaining and developing the very best automotive retail professionals in the region.
