Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager. 1. Acts as Owner’s Construction Project Manager on Capital Improvement type projects for its various apartment properties 2. Ensures schedule compliance on all work 3. Coordinates work activities with property Staff so as to minimize disruption to the residents 4. Manages the repair work associated with casualty events, fire/storm damage, etc. 5. Inspects all work 6. Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures 7. Conducts periodic surveys of the properties to identify needs 8. Ensures that the departments programs support the organization's strategic objectives 9. Leads and directs the work of contractors. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
