The following information details all of the information one will need pertaining to applying for this position. SUMMARY Responsible for financial reporting, journal entry preparation, balance sheet and income statement account analysis, and assistance with the preparation of the Company's public financial statements and supporting schedules. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Essential duties may vary according to region, division, area, and/or assignment. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Apply the Company's vision and mission to every facet of responsibilities is an effort to improve our Company 2. Responsible for all financial reporting 3. Assist with quarterly reviews and year-end audits 4. Prepare balance sheet account analysis on a monthly basis for selected accounts and prepare journal entries as needed 5. Assist in the preparation of the following schedules and financial statements for the filing of the Form 10-Q and 10-K a. Post closing adjusting entries to the trial balance b. Adjusted trial balance c. Inventory analysis d. Selling, general, and administrative detail e. Other income and expense f. Consolidated balance sheet g. Consolidated income statement 6. Follow established Company safety procedures
