Job Description:
This includes management of the telesales operation, which comprises service contracts sales, PACUS (Parts, Accessories, Columns, Upgrades, Software) aftermarket sales, and Chromatography consumable and accessories sales. This position will also be responsible for management and implementation of Sales CRM solutions. Specific duties include acting as a sales management representative for key account development; program development; monitoring the analytical instruments services market; and management and growth of the telesales team. Additional duties will be assigned.We require a bachelor degree in business or marketing, with any additional work in chemistry, physics or a related field a significant plus. In addition, candidates should have 3-5 years cumulative experience in a direct sales or telesales role with an instrument vendor or in analytical instrument operations. Qualified candidates will have exceptional communications skills, and the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong forecasting abilities and a willingness to travel are also required. Apply Here
