Provide necessary analytics to highlight key business performance drivers; Identifying risks and opportunities and develop processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities * Finance lead for MOR, CEC, GPB, SII, OP and all estimates. * Lead weekly reviews on the current quarter with the CEO and leadership team, providing financial guidance and operational analysis * Lead structural changes in reporting, recasts, and all business integration activities and prepare key presentations and perform ad hoc analysis as needed for business leadership team. * Roll up of monthly/quarterly financial statements, MOR & closing packages. * Identify cost drivers, do expense analysis (Bullet Train cost analysis) & ensure cost-out opportunities to be realized * Lead initiatives to enhance and improve cash forecasting accuracy and performance. * Liaison between Homeland Protection Finance and GE Security & Enterprise Solutions FP&A organizations. * Frequent interactions with Homeland Protection CEO.
