Job Description:
This person is responsible for Merchandising and Shopper Marketing Financial management.Budget Management-Develop and maintain a budget management system consistent across the SIMS team. -Work with In-Store Merchandising Team , CSC purchasing and third party vendors (including agencies) to re-engineer merchandising tracking and budget monitoring tools. Integrate budget management tools with company systems and processes. -Work with SIMS Managers, Cross Functional Managers and agency to track and budget monitoring tools for Team. Integrate budget management tools with company systems and processes. -Author and circulate budget approval documentations (EMAAs, Requisitions) through the company. Create addendums as needed.-Optimizes Vendor partner relationships to deliver best practices, new insights, automation and simplicity.-Manage the detailed tracking activity against budget. Actualize payment against estimated spend.-Work with Sales Managers and Sales Finance to clear authorized customer deductions.-Work with Sales Finance, Sales Managers and Shopper Marketing Managers to actualize total company spend and volume for Channel Marketing programs.-Develop and recommend processes, policies and procedures as it relates to SIMS program budgets.Reporting-Provide financial reporting for key stakeholders, brand finance, trade finance.-Management of accrual projection and reporting to finance.-Monthly and ad-hoc status / variance reports.
