Job Description:
Work daily with individual Account Executives in targeting, approaching, presenting to and selling prospects Analyze and approve contracts, review client files, credit references and prepayment based on standards and criteria as directed by management.Interface with the production vendors to best utilize resources for existing clients. Solve problems that arise with accounts handled by direct report sales staff. Schedule in-field training with Account Executives on a continuous basis.Coordinate, develop and act as a facilitator for all levels of sales training.Perform other related duties as assignedPunctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required. Must be available for overtime or extended hours, as needed. Minimum Requirements Experience: 1 to 3 years sales management experience preferred, media advertising sales experience a plus. Proven track record in sales.Education: Bachelors degree preferred in Business Administration/Marketing and or Communications.Preferred Skills/Qualifications:Strong leadership skills.Ability to initiate correspondence and memos.Excellent oral and written communications.Advance computer skills, proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work with appropriate timeliness.
