Job Description: A life insurance settlement provider, an affiliate of a leading New York financial services company, is looking for an Assistant Case Manager. The life settlement industry is a new and rapidly growing marketplace which has developed to meet tremendous demand on the part of institutional investors for non-correlated investments.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting Case Manager to evaluate, process, and/or compile case files in accordance with established standards and applicable regulatory and secondary market requirements. You will develop and maintain knowledge of our operating systems for document preparation, closing, case status tracking and general accounting in order to verify and ensure the accuracy of data input/output for files. You will ensure case files include all relevant requirements and are processed within guidelines. You need to effectively communicate and cooperate with all internal and external customers.
Our ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented university graduate who can demonstrate initative and the drive to learn. Your skills should include: excellent verbal, written and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task.
