Due to the unique nature of the relationships involved, positions and responsibilities will more closely resemble similarly leveraged and broadly scoped positions in consulting, strategy, and private equity than traditional operating roles. Some international travel is expected, with a focus on Asia and India.Interact with managers, directors, and vice presidents in the US and Europe to understand and codify past and current practices, their origin and rationale, and any supporting infrastructure, systems, processes, etc. across multiple functional and operational areasUnderstand and contextualize specific requests from international subsidiaries and collaborate with relevant internal experts on a solution, serving as domain expert and first point of contact for areas coveredWork with personnel in emerging markets to adapt specific expertise to that county, including incentives, systems, execution, etc.Provide strategic guidance, general assistance, and thought partnership to business and functional leaders in those geographies Qualifications Master\'s Degree preferred2 - 4 years experienceMust have consulting or strategy experience and at least one area of operational or functional expertise (e.g., merchandising, store operations, marketing, logistics, etc.)
