Job Description:
Responsibilities 1. Responsible for designing and executing key marketing strategies. Will gather, assess and quantify customer requirements to drive evolution of Patient Management products, services and education. 2. Devise and execute strategies for identifying customer requirements for Data Warehouse & Analytics Services (DWAS) marketing initiatives. Analyze inputs from key accounts, contact center and field organization to define customer requirements based on quantifiable data. 3. Develop and implement strategies to assess (validate and quantify) process and service delivery gaps that result in customer satisfaction. Build business case to influence cross-functional partners to initiate change. Measure results; evaluate progress. 4. Develop and deliver executive presentations to demonstrate benefits of key marketing initiatives and provide high level progress reporting. 5. Perform upstream market research and market analysis to identify unmet market needs and product opportunities, and to define future strategies. 6. Partner with upstream marketing and product planning leaders, ensuring market feedback is integrated into future portfolio plans. 7. Mine data to identify unmet training needs of customers, patients and field personnel. Collaborate with education and marketing to deliver training. 8. Use data analytics to drive marketing initiatives. Identify data requirements; develop method for collecting data and analyze findings. 9. Partner with marketing, sales and service stakeholders to identify unmet needs. 10. Communicate marketing strategies to CRDM leadership.
