Job Description:
Provide project management services on internal and external projects and tasks in the Windows administration area. Provide project leadership and serve as primary point of contact between IT peer groups and clients. Work with Infrastructure Manager to promote effective management of resources and workloads. Accountable for internal project coordination, risk management, and issue management. Collaborate in administration and management of a global, Microsoft centric corporate environment. This position is an addition to current headcount. Responsibilities Essential Functions: ï šÂ§ Coordinate all levels of project and task administration in a highly dynamic Windows Infrastructure management team. ï šÂ§ Create, maintain, and report resource utilization and workloads. Implement industry standard resource management and demand management practices. ï šÂ§ Develop, maintain, and track project budget, milestones and deliverables. ï šÂ§ Ensure project Scope Management, quality management, quality assurance and control ï šÂ§ Serve as a communication focal point for peer groups, clients, and various levels of management. ï šÂ§ Build and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups, clients, and various levels of management. ï šÂ§ Participate in team collaboration and strategic planning efforts.
