Central point of contact for specific projects * Manage distribution of art files, pcds and data files to team #2 Request and document estimates from production team * Obtain approval for all estimates from client * Track Estimates and Pos in Tracker for assigned projects #3 Coordinate updates with client and team #4 Update project report with key milestones and outcomes Skills: * At least 5 years project management experience, with a strong interest and/or knowledge of new technologies and process improvement workflows * Effective negotiation, communication, project and time management skills required * Must rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong communication skills * Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task required Contractors will also be used to complete project support work which includes updating schedules and using standard systems and processes to open purchase orders.
