Take pro-active steps to insure salespeople clearly and realistically set customer expectations then hold ALL necessary GE Consumer & Industrial personnel accountable for meeting contractual obligations. * Apply Six Sigma rigor to reduce sales write-offs, improve margin realization and Cash Flow. * Enhance communications with the business team and factory personnel. * Drive efficiencies within the sales support functions, improve channel partner relationships and accountability. Signature: ~CB~ Qualifications * BS degree; Technical preferred or minimum 3 years equivalent experience in Electrical Distribution industry. * Candidate must be results driven, process oriented and capable of handling large workloads through multi-tasking. * Knowledge of GE Electrical Distribution type products and systems such as DAS, Speedi, Links and Email is required. * Individual must also be a customer success driven, self-starter, team player, enthusiastic, have excellent time management, organizational and administrative skills. * The individual must have high-level telephone and writing skills and also be computer literate. * The individual must have proven ability to hold factory engineering/manufacturing teams accountable for meeting customer commitments.
