Job Description:
Responsibilities * Leads projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business. Responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications. Full Lifecycle Project Management Initiation to Delivery. * Serve as solution delivery expert for the design and implementation of assigned application areas. Lead the analysis, requirement gathering, design, documentation, and implementation of IT solutions for business processes. * Manage activities of project contract resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the projects. * Manage budgets and contracts associated with projects. * Accountable for operational excellence of assigned project(s), with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work. * Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization. * Coordinate program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing benchmarks, Risk Mitigation and training plans. * Partner with functional leaders and users to evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions. Assist business team in defining requirements and driving simplification * Prepare and present project plans, status reports, and recommend funding and resources.
