Job Description:
This position is resp-onsible for DBE certification processes, developing and implementing program components and training to facilitate DBE participation in highway construction projects, and documenting and reporting DBE program activities as required.Successful candidate must have experience in the following: highway repair and maintenance such as drain-age system repair, roadside maintenance, repair of pav-ement, or right of way; interpreting blueprints, schem-atics or technical drawings; estimating cost, time and materials for projects and narrative report writing. Ideal candidate may have experience in interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures related to Disadvantaged Business Enterprise programs.
