Assist with quarterly reviews and year-end audits 4. Prepare balance sheet account analysis on a monthly basis for selected accounts and prepare journal entries as needed 5. Assist in the preparation of the following schedules and financial statements for the filing of the Form 10-Q and 10-K a. Post closing adjusting entries to the trial balance b. Adjusted trial balance c. Inventory analysis d. Selling, general, and administrative detail e. Other income and expense f. Consolidated balance sheet g. Consolidated income statement 6. Follow established Company safety procedures 7. Supervisory Responsibilities: None QUALIFICATIONS To perform this position successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative for the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE A four-year degree in Accounting with a minimum of one year of work experience. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to communicate effectively with company personnel at all levels. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving numerous variables in a variety of situations.
