In this Manager of Financial Reporting and Compliance role your responsibilities will be, but not limited to: SOX 404 internal control implementation and subsequent annual review and testing. Coordination with SOX 404 compliance firm and independent auditors; Completing/managing the monthly close process; Involvement in preparation of 10-Q's and 10-K's; Assist CFO with financial analysis and reporting - routine and special projects; Forecasting and budgeting; SEC and accounting research, implementation of new account/SEC requirements.
