Job Description:
Serves as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth and profitability. * Partner with technical/business leaders and staff to drive operating performance and act as champion for cost optimization, productivity and projects accuracy & utilization. * Responsible for overseen financial reports among different sites to ensure accuracy and integrity. * Consolidate cash flow forecasts for all projects and identify opportunities and risks related to those forecasts. * Ensures the accuracy of the organization's financial results by recognizing and preventing misrepresentation, concealment, or omission of information. * Leadership of assigned direct reports. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * Minimum 7 additional years of experience in a financial position, preferably in the Oil&Gas Industry Desired * PC proficiency. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. * Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues. * Masters/MBA preferred General * Strong candidate identified, all qualified applicants are encouraged to post.
