Job Description:
BS degree in Architecture or related Engineering field.RA or PE/SE License15+ years related experience in architectural/engineering industry design and design management.Specific experience managing high-profile architectural teams on large transportation facilities (e.g., airports, multi-modal rail and bus facilities, etc.)Experience with general current principals of green design, including LEED, and familiarity with design issues in seismic environments.Successful experience managing design on a $250M plus projects.Proven communication skills necessary to present project status to a client as needed, including trust with client management. Demonstrated ability to coordinate with a large (10 + person) integrated staff consisting of URS, architect/engineer, sub consultants, and client staff. Substantial experience with architectural/engineering and related construction standards. Must have sufficient computer skills to create own reports, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, work with web-based program management systems, and manage calendars in Outlook without assistance of administrative support.Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy.
