Experience working within client-facing positions (in a sales or account management capacity), building long-term client relationships. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Ability to quickly understand company's operations processes and procedures and effectively communicate project requirements and timelines. The ability to analyze and review campaign performance metrics with our clients and recommend opportunities for improvement. A demonstrated ability to work competently under pressure, in a rapidly changing environment, and be able to manage complex projects with technical, creative and production teams. A solid comfort level attending and leading client kick off meetings. Strong oral and written communication skills. Exceptional prioritization abilities and experience handling high email volume.
