Job Description:
Executives for sales team.Share responsibility with Management for attainment of monthly budgets for area of responsibility.Work daily with individual Account Executives in targeting, approaching, presenting to and selling prospects Analyze and approve contracts, review client files, credit references and prepayment based on standards and criteria as directed by management.Interface with the production vendors to best utilize resources for existing clients. Solve problems that arise with accounts handled by direct report sales staff. Schedule in-field training with Account Executives on a continuous basis.Coordinate, develop and act as a facilitator for all levels of sales training.Perform other related duties as assignedPunctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required. Must be available for overtime or extended hours, as needed. Minimum Requirements Experience: 1 to 3 years sales management experience preferred, media advertising sales experience a plus. Proven track record in sales.
