Works with account teams and clients to lead creative ideation for projects / programs to develop strong creative strategies and concepts that are on brand / creative brief. Oversees creative project execution; ensuring that the execution adheres to the creative vision, can be executed technically, meet user requirements and are on-budget and on-time. Maintains primary responsibility for the quality and integrity of the creative solution to ensure client loyalty and retention. Brings past experiences, successes and failures to the table to inspire, teach and encourage the creative team to deliver exceptional client solutions which meet or exceed goals and expectations. Leads and inspires other creatives to produce quality work and pushes them to consistently raise the bar. May manage graphic designers; including performance management and staff retention. (not accurate at this time) Writes, manages, and / or oversees content development for specific projects primarily in the CPG vertical. Ensures content uses appropriate voice and tone and is on brand / brief. Reviews content to ensure accuracy and that it meets creative vision. Stays abreast of interactive industry creative trends, executions, etc; shares industry knowledge and best practices with team. Participates in recruiting efforts as needed.
